Raven and guest co-host Professor Mandy McNeely take you back to 2003 to talk with "baby thief" Effie Goodson, accompanied by one of the OSBI investigators who worked on this case, Gary Perkinson. Gary has 27 years of experience in law enforcement, including some time as a homicide detective in Ada, OK. He was also Special Agent in Charge of the OSBI's Cold Case Division when it was founded and for several years after, so he speaks with us about the OSBI and that unit as well.
Gary contributed to Raven's true crime book, Allegedly: True Crime From Pontotoc County, Oklahoma.
