Turning her pain into purpose, she now empowers young girls and women to take hold of their mental health by teaching them self-compassion and love, confidence, and how to listen to themselves. In this episode she dives into her journey out of rock bottom to finding herself, discovering self-love, her passions, and her worth, and setting up for a new, stronger healthier version of herself when love did come knocking at her door.
