Part 1: Today we begin Lesson 3 of our study through The Book of Ruth. Facing a daunting cancer diagnosis, my faith was my anchor through the storm. It’s a journey that has shaped my dedication to uplifting women through the powerful stories in Scripture, like the inspiring tale of Ruth. We'll discuss the deep themes of faith, love, and redemption that illuminate Ruth's courage and humility.
I'm joined by Elia Raikes and my mother, Sherrie Godbey, and we focus on the relevance of Ruth's narrative in our lives now, particularly the idea of gleaning and how we can support those in need within our communities. As we examine the significance of wise counsel and the blessings that come from stepping out in faith, we reflect on our own character development and perseverance through adversity.
