After living their version of fun and freedom, Roland and Jinni Shafer found themselves in need of help. Alcoholics Anonymous gave them the support and community they needed. But even so, something was missing. So they visited a church--reluctantly. From there, things moved along quickly to bring them to a saving faith in Jesus Christ--the missing piece of their lives. Their journey takes them from church to the Ethnos360 Bible Institute to a commitment to missions even though they were now in their 40's. But God had a place for them to serve. Most exciting is their discovery of the free grace message. It set them free from doubts and insecurities. The Shafer's enthusiasm is contagious. You will find them an enjoyable couple to listen to.
