For probably the last 10-15 years I have incorporated journaling as part of my quiet time and Bible reading every morning. While I would love to be one of those people who journals every night before bed, that just hasn’t been practical or sustainable for me- this has.
With the practice of quiet time, journaling, and bible reading, I have been very intentional with reflection as well. While obviously taking time to reflect on your life and rhythms is imperative, I believe that taking time to reflect on your BUSINESS is extremely important as well.
