When Maira Rayanne lost a dear friend to suicide, it changed the course of her life. Hear how this friend has come through with, of all things, a deck of cards. Also hear how a trip to Oregon and a certain voice led Rayanne to the place she is now.
Rayanne is the author of the memoir Georgia Haven: A Love Story Across States and Time, which was published last year, and the soon to be released memoir Beyond These Green Eyes: A Memoir of Fragmented Pieces and Rediscovery. She also leads a Survivors of Suicide support group in her adopted city of Atlanta.
