Show Notes
Most people think of personality type as a fun way to understand themselves. What they don’t realize is that your cognitive functions also predict a lot about which friendships will feel effortless and which ones will require more work.
In this episode I share what I’ve noticed about making friends as an adult through the lens of Myers-Briggs cognitive functions, including what happens when types are just one letter apart, why the perceiving functions shape what you want to talk about, and why none of this shows up on a standard personality test.
This is part two of a two-part series. You don’t need to listen to part one first, but it’s worth going back to.
