Dr. Shelby Riskin is a professor of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Toronto. Recently she was a part of a mind blowing discovery found in the soil underneath a newly developed Toronto park. Today we are going to talk about what was found, the history of wetlands, how they relate to the Climate Crisis and most importantly - how "Climate Optimism" may be the key to surviving the "Climate Crisis".
