Mike talks about the different struggles police officers and civilians may go through when retiring. Mike discusses some suggestions that Dr. Kinnaird writes about to help with post-separation anxiety. Mike hopes this episode helps anyone that is struggling since retirement due to the change and separation from the profession they loved.
