John talks with David Kaye, the Baylor Athletics Associate AD External Affairs Operations. David Kaye is in his 14th year in Baylor Athletics and his first year as Associate AD for External Affairs Operations. He is also in his fourth year on the Baylor Athletics Leadership Team, serving as men's golf sports program administrator, and his seventh year representing athletics communications on the external leadership team. Kaye was promoted to his current role in August 2022, where he is responsible for closing the gap between strategic objectives and purposeful execution by managing special projects and campaigns, liaising with stakeholders and assisting in cultivating external leadership consensus.
