The Star Trek: Discovery season one prologue (“The Vulcan Hello” and “Battle at the Binary Stars”) is actually a good introduction. Sulu’s orientation in Star Trek Beyond was not on screen, only in press interviews. The USS Cerritos is actually a cool looking ship.
