Our 2019 awards include: Round of the Year, Upset of the Year, KO of the Year, Fight of the Year and Fighter of the Year. As an extra bonus, Fight of the Decade and Fighter of the Decade! JOSHUA WINS THE REMATCH, CHARLO IMPRESSES WITH KO
The big Heavyweight Title rematch we were all waiting for didn't go as many thought it would. The Heavyweight picture is about to get a lot clearer as two weeks after Deontay Wilder solidified his place and set up his rematch with Fury, Anthony Joshua comes back to regain his title and once again be in the conversation as one of the "big 3" but Andy Ruiz may have something to say about that. We preview Showtime Championship Boxing featuring Jermall Charlo vs Dennis Hogan and get some insight from former guest Stephen "Breadman" Edwards, who will also discuss betting lines for all of the weekend's action as well. We are looking forward to the double card on Saturday and this episode will leave you prepared for a great night of boxing!

WILDER DOES IT AGAIN! JIMMY LENNON JOINS THE SHOW!
It's amazing, Deontay Wilder is the undefeated Heavyweight Champion of the World and just made his 10th successful title defense by knocking out Luis Ortiz with one punch and yet he continues to be criticized for his lack of boxing "skills". We might be witnessing the most powerful punch in the history of the sport and let's not forget the size of these men that are being stopped with one monster right hand! Ortiz might have beaten any other heavyweight Saturday night, just not Wilder. One man who was ringside for the fight was Jimmy Lennon Jr. We welcome Jimmy to the show to talk about the fight as well as highlights from his Hall of Fame career.

What a fight we witnessed on Thursday morning between Naoya Inoue and Nonito Donaire in the finals of the World Boxing Super Series in the Bantamweight division in Japan! Definitely up there in the fight of the year conversation. And then Saturday we witnessed Logan Paul losing to KSI in a fight that will not be considered for fight of the year, maybe the opposite. We look ahead to another Shobox card this Friday night and also debuting that night is Pariah: The Lives and Deaths of Sonny Liston. 52: RIP PATRICK DAY, BETERBIEV BEATS GVOZDYK IN A GREAT FIGHT!
We start the show on a somber note as the boxing world mourned the loss of Patrick Day, an outstanding young man that also happened to be a boxer. Errol Spence Jr., survived being thrown from his Ferrari relatively unscathed, which was sort of a miracle, but now faces DUI charges. On Friday night we were treated to an excellent unification bout at Light Heavyweight as IBF champ Artur Beterbiev defeated WBC champ Oleksandr Gvozdyk via 10th round stoppage. Gvozdyk is out of the hospital with a minor concussion and we expect him to be back in big fights in 2020. We then look ahead to a lot of action next week as Showtime returns Saturday night with a card featuring Erickson Lubin taking on Nathaniel Gallimore and Robert Easter Jr. taking on Adrian Granados. Also on Saturday night is the junior welterweight unification fight between Josh Taylor and Regis Prograis, two undefeated champions! It should be a great weekend of boxing!

51: ERROL SPENCE JR. MIRACLE SURVIVAL, PRAYERS FOR PATRICK DAY, FURY VS STROMAN?, USYK FINALLY MAKES HEAVYWEIGHT DEBUT

Errol Spence Jr. must have received a lot of prayers as he was thrown from his sports car and yet managed not to break any bones and is expected to make a full recovery. Oleksander Usyk, the undisputed Cruiserweight King made his long awaited debut at heavyweight. Can he compete in the land of the giants? We talk light heavyweights as Dmitry Bivol, the WBA Light Heavyweight Champion, defended his title against Lenin Castillo in a lackluster affair. Surely to be more entertaining is the unification bout between two other Light Heavyweight Champions: WBC Champ Olyksander Gvozdyk vs IBF Champ Artur Beterbiev. With Canelo vs Kovalev around the corner, the spotlight for the next couple of weeks is definitely on this very talented division.
