Jared joins Mark to dscuss the TRUMP DOJ defending the National Firearms Act (NFA) in TX case. At issues is the pistol brace rule, vacated by the federal courts over a year ago and whether the ATF/DOJ can still seek prosectution regardless of the “rule” being vacted by the federal courts due to the existance of NFA without congressional action to abolish it. Neil brings us up to speed in a short segment on the case and Bondi’s tenure at DOJ as AG.
