Not long ago, Maddy started her fitness journey with the help of her mom but still went into the private part of the gym to do her circuit training. After awhile, she got more comfortable and started using the free weights section. She started to see results and had more and more people complimenting her. She then took this new found passion and wants to coach others so they can step into their confidence in the gym as well!
