Addiction is a tough monkey on your back no matter who you are but battling addiction at 13?! Adolescence is hard enough but add substance abuse to the mix, it makes our guest Michael's story that much more profound.

Michael had a great upbringing and fantastic parents so this probably isn't the story you expected. We don't want to give away too much here but through his battle and road through recovery, Michael found fitness and Crossfit and became pretty damn good at it. So good he's actually a 2 time team champ and a big deal in the Crossfit realm.
