Matthew 5:37: “Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’

‘No.’”

Most high-performers have lost the power of their yes because

they never say no. But this isn’t a time management problem —

it’s an identity problem.

This is Part 3 of a 4-part series on The Wholeness of Jesus.

Through the lens of Mary and Martha (Luke 10:38-42), I

unpack what it means to fragment through activity — and why a person who can’t say no is a person whose identity is

outsourced to whoever’s asking.

Wholeness is when your boundaries flow from your identity,

not from a time management hack.

Key Scriptures: Matthew 5:37, Luke 10:38-42

Key Framework: 5S (Sort and Simplify) applied to commitments

Two tools for this week:

• The 90% Rule: If it’s not 90/100, it’s a no

• The Calendar Purge: Delete, Defer, or Delegate

• BONUS: Word-for-word no script (3 levels)

Your boundaries aren’t walls that keep people out. They’re

the structure that allows you to show up fully for what

you’re actually called to.
