This week’s guest is Alexander Osterwalder. The man behind «Business Model Canvas», and one of the world’s sharpest thinkers within innovation and business development.

“If you’re competing on product, services or price, it is much easier to be disrupted. I think all competition is moving away from product- and technology-innovation because it is hard. It is moving towards something that gives protection.”

“The only thing giving better protection right now is a better business model. Or, even larger, like Amazon, a better organizational structure that allows you to continuously produce new business models. Those are what I call the invincible companies.”

In this episode:

*Why big companies find it hard to innovate

*The difference between execution and exploration

*Why product alone is not enough to survive

*The seven questions to assess your business model.
