Kellie Glessner is a homeschooling, homesteading mama of four.
Her husband is a Regenerative Health Practitioner, and together they both share a desire to be of service in cultivating a deeply sacred relationship to our bodies, to spirit, and to the Earth.
They work with a variety of modalities to support people in deeply nourishing their body while gently detoxifying and letting go of what no longer serves them, including nutritional support, water, frequency and mindset.
I was over the moon to interview Kellie and get a genuine understanding of the Sacred Slowdown that she and her beautiful family embody so well.
