Masculinity and femininity have been subverted, with masculinity receiving the brunt of the blow. Men, young men especially, often end up harboring contempt for their own experience. Basic human compassion has flown out the window, replaced with whimsical mockery. Mankind needs myths and legends, which come in the form of entertainment, with the most direct parallel being superheroes. The writers of today reinforce the big lie of toxic masculinity leading to the war on men being waged by mainly other men and the godless, feminist fascists.
