Throughout my days in the military, I learned how to handle pressure and tough situations. The one thing I learned above all else was this...depression is merely anger and aggression turned inward. I spent 28 days on suicide watch in a mental institution, it was only when I hit rock bottom that I saw the truth, Freud had been right about his theory on depression.
