Show Notes

I am really excited to welcome Sabrina Pace-Humphreys to the podcast. She’s an ultra-runner, co-founder of Black Trail Runners, and is known for bringing joy, representation, and meaningful change to the trails. In this episode, we chat about what it takes to help more people feel welcome in trail running, which is something she dives into in her latest book "Start where you are". We explore the question of sustainable change and whether the sport is moving in the right direction, her “why” and what it means to keep showing up as an activist without burning out.

She also takes us through her recent UTMB journey, and what comes next. A conversation you don’t want to miss, hope you love it!

Subscribe to "She Trails Podcast" for future episodes, where we dive into women trail runner stories, and get inspired to explore new paths and seek our own adventures, whatever they may be.
