Show Notes
Today I am very happy to share my conversation with the awesome Anna Troup. We recorded this episode after her Summer Spine journey, 268 miles along the Pennine Way, where she won the race outright. Endurance athlete since she was young, she tells us more about why she started and loves ultra-running and how it evolved with the years, alongside the different stages of her life as a mum and professional. We also talk and reflect on experience and aging as an athlete, injury recovery, and the importance of running your own race. I felt in this conversation, a lot of what we talk about applies to life, and I hope you will enjoy this episode :)
