Thrilled to welcome Katharina Hartmuth, she is an endurance athlete from Germany,based in Switzerland, she is passionate by movement, long-distance running, and above all nature and the mountains. In 2023 she had a year full of running adventures and races where she felt her best, amongst them the World mountains trail running championship and UTMB. She tells us about her running journey, from climbing to running long distances in the mountains and racing. But most of all, we talk about the importance of finding what truly feels good for ourselves in sports and in life.
