Show Notes

Excited to welcome Natalie Utting-Thomas to the podcast for today’s episode, where we stay on the theme of ultra long distance, and deep dive into her latest race, Wild Horse 200 in South Wales. She won the women’s race and was 4th overall, taking 10 hours off the female course record. We talk more about her journey, falling in love with long distances, the adventures, what it means, and learning to trust herself, fuel, recover, and see herself differently.

Subscribe to "She Trails Podcast" for future episodes, where we dive into women trail runner stories, and get inspired to explore new paths and seek our own adventures, whatever they may be.
