Show Notes

So excited to welcome Noor to the podcast for this new episode. She is a climber, and ultra-runner from the Netherlands, and most recently won the Arc of Attrition 100.

We dive into her journey falling in love with the mountains and two sports in particular, first mountaineering and a little later on, ultra-running. She takes us inside her Arc100 experience with the highs and lows of 100miles alongside the coast in Cornwall. We also talk about her evolving mindset since stepping into the sports, and now competing and winning and how she is navigating this new space.

She shares her next big challenge with us, what drives her, and how she’s embracing the process of growth, both on the trails and beyond. Enjoy the episode!
