Show Notes
Super excited to share this conversation with Becca, recorded before Christmas! She is not only an ultra-runner, but also a passionate outdoor adventurer who thrives in the mountains – whether it’s hiking, swimming or pushing her limits on the trails.
She takes us through her journey, from growing up as a competitive ski racer and fencer, to re-discovering her love for the outdoors, and embracing trail running. We talk about her summer where she explored the mountains across Europe, and challenged herself hiking the iconic Tour du Mont Blanc. We also chat about her latest achievement completing 100km race in Snowdonia, and more such as mindset, health anxiety, community, and the mindfulness that comes with endurance sports.
It was such a refreshing, fun conversation, and I hope it makes you want to explore your own adventures, whatever they are.
Subscribe to "She Trails Podcast" for future episodes, where we dive into female trail runner stories, and get inspired to explore new paths and seek our own adventures, whatever they may be.
