In this new episode, we welcome Sabrina Verjee, well known for her impressive performances in endurance races in the UK and abroad. After setting the course record in 2022, she raced Tor Des Geants again this year and finished second female. We discuss the race, and what it’s all about for her, exploring what she can do, and the journey through the mountains.
We also discuss the importance of loving and respecting the planet as runners, along with her journey—from being on the sidelines as a kid, with a passion for sports to challenging the expectations and limitations set by others.
