Show Notes

In this new episode we sit down with Laura Swanton Rouvelin, an ultra-runner, coach and working mum who is used to exploring and pushing her limits. This year she was the only women, and the 4th ever to complete Hardmoors 200, a race that needs to be completed in 60 hours. She shares her experience in challenging herself with the speed on the 200miles distance, fueling, and sleeping strategy. We also discuss navigating pre-race nerves and self-doubt, building resilience, enjoying these adventures and becoming a running coach.

I hope you enjoy the episode and get as excited as Laura to get out there!
