Show Notes

Welcome to episode 4! In today’s episode, we have the privilege of hearing from Serena Broadway, ultra runner based in Scotland.

We talk about believing in ourselves and the importance of representation and community. She shares some good memories, running races she had read about and the juggle of training and life while training for them. But above all she talks about the joyful moments such as crossing finish lines with her daughters, and showing them making space for what makes us feel good matters.

It was awesome talking with Serena, and I hope her story will inspire you to lace up your own shoes and find joy in being in nature.
