New policies in athletics allow transgender athletes -- specifically males who have transitioned to female -- to compete in sports as women. Biological females are now losing to individuals who are biologically male in the female category. Joiurnalist Kelsey Bolar speaks with IWF President Carrie Lukas about this phenomenon.
