Show Notes

Building a meaningful, lasting community is more difficult than ever, and is something we often overlook when prioritizing our lives. In today's episode, I talk to Dr. Michelle Peris about finding nourishing social connections and why it is more than just 'nice to have' - it's imperative to our overall health and wellbeing.

Dr. Michelle Peris is the naturopathic doctor behind The Poppy Clinic, and founder of the Wild Collective - a health initiative that supports women in the community to reconnect with their innate wisdom. She is passionate about supporting women and their families to be their own best health advocate. Her work as a clinician has evolved over time into a dedication to building community leaders and advocating for the prioritization of what she calls "free medicine" - what can happen when women have meaningful social connections.

We chatted about:

→Taking radical responsibility for your health

→How to be a sister to all

→Celebrating yourself with people who support your wins

→ Being open to living life outside the box

→And more!
