In today's episode, we're talking with Jessica Thiefels - a published author, host of Mindset, Reset Radio, CEO of Jessica Thiefels, and co-founder of Don't Ask How. She's been writing for more than 10 years and has been featured in top publications, including Forbes and Entrepreneur. She is republishing her book on Amazon next month – “10 questions that answer life's biggest questions” and she's on a mission to empower women to make their own rules and live with intention, so that they wake up every day excited about the life they get to live. And I am so excited for her to share some of her great words of wisdom with you all today.

[00:04:15.11] Stop accepting the status quo. The status quo is meant to keep us on a certain track, doing what our parents wanted us to do or what we think we should do. Question the status quo, so we can really start to build that extraordinary life we really see for ourselves. Why do I need to work nine to five? Why do I need to work for someone else? Why can't I create my own business? You can!
[00:06:56.03] Don’t wait until something massive, traumatic, or terrible happens to make an important change in our life when we have the opportunity to do that all the time. Ask yourself that question constantly to make sure that you are living in your values and that you are moving towards what you want.
[00:09:34.24] Make your own rules. Surround yourself with people who are thinking these really big things because it reminds us that we can make our own rules. It's so easy to get stifled by people who are triggered by our ambition or too scared to dream big or make their own way. Take risks and be fearless.
[00:12:42.08] Live an empowered life and know that in the doing is how you're going to change your life.
