Some people say this could be the start of World War III, but in a way it has already started since it is impacting the whole world already. God has always had Israel at the center of the planet, so we need to look at these things in a biblical context. The Bible tells us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Many people say that Israel needs the United States, but the United States also needs Israel. God's hand is on Israel. How could such a tiny country survive in the midst of fierce enemies without God's hand being on them. Hitler's Germany incrementally worked up to barbarism. Hamas STARTED with barbarism. Hitler wanted to annihilate all Jews. Hamas has specifically said, "Not one Jew left." That is their intention.
