On October 16, 2024, the family of Lyle Menendez and Erik Menendez had a press conference in downtown Los Angeles. As victims of the murders under Marsy's Law, the family members then went to court to be heard in the decision of resentencing. John Thrasher and Daryn Carp react to the news conference and what this means for the Menendez Brothers.
