Before that she worked at Facebook, Parse and Linden Lab on infrastructure and developer tools, and she always seems to wind up running databases. She is the co-author of "Database Reliability Engineering" and the upcoming "Observability Engineering: Achieving Production Excellence" book published by O'Reilly.
