Text: 2 Kings 4:18-37
Summary: This story begins with the death of the Shunammite Woman’s promised son. But the woman’s response is surprising: “All is Well” Is this a lie? Is she being deceptive? How can she respond this way to the death of her beloved son? There is a core belief that this woman seemed to have that allowed her to have a focused pursuit towards the “man of God”. What does this look like for us? How can, we too, declare to friends and family, “All is well” in the midst of immense pain and stress?
