God doesn't love from a distance. This Christmas we're looking at how God Himself continually steps into our mess with the purpose of redemption. The manger of Christ is the penultimate example of God's love for us. Mark Carey will continue to unpack the "Servant Songs" in Isaiah as we prepare to celebrate Christmas this season. Many theologians call the book of Isaiah "The Fifth Gospel" because of the depth of truth and clarity of vision concerning the person of Christ. Isaiah is widely renowned as the greatest prophet of the Old Testament, and the book is well worth studying and unpacking together.
