con un runner converso, Borja Pérez, que transitó hacia el veganismo y ha
mantenido e incluso mejorado su rendimiento en carrera. El punto de vista
profesional lo pone la dietista-nutricionista Nerea Peña, que nos cuenta qué
debemos tener en cuenta si decidimos apostar por eliminar de nuestra dieta los
