The "1% Man (Secret Self Improvement Group)" is a private Facebook group with over 15,000 members. Men (and women) from all walks of life are encouraged to share their story and ask questions about how to become the best version of themselves, often receiving many high quality replies.
In this episode Patrick sits down with the group's founder, Luka Grey, to talk about why he started the group and the importance of having a community around us that pushes us to be better.
Patrick and Luka also touch on the importance of defeating limiting beliefs, visualizing your goals, mindfulness and patience, and quitting an addiction.
