Maria Mayes is a Well-Being Coach and teacher who is on a mission to help others take their power back from anxiety. She specializes in simplifying techniques and ancient wisdom teachings into small digestible bites that are easy to apply, through her signature Take 5 Stretch & Breath Breaks and Wine & Well-Being Workshops. Maria is Certified through Chopra Global in Coaching, Meditation and Ayurveda and is an RYT200 Yoga Teacher with specialty training in mental health, neuroscience and applied poly-vagal theory.
