The Covid-19 pandemic has fundamentally changed our society and our way of life. It has also brought about seismic changes in the aviation security industry. This transformation is accelerating, and will have a major impact on the passenger experience over the next 5 to 10 years. Steve Karoly is the Executive Vice President of Maryland-based K2 Security Screening Group, and a former Assistant Administrator at the Transportation Security Administration.
