Charles Bediakos legal battle to return to Alabama basketball has ended, as he voluntarily dropped his lawsuit against the NCAA. Despite suiting up for the Crimson Tide in five games under a temporary restraining order, the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court denied his injunction request and later shot down his appeal to the Alabama Supreme Court. Bediako, the only former pro athlete trying to come back to college ball after already playing there, will not be returning to college basketball.
