How is America in a New Gilded Age and why are we seeing more progressive politicians?

In this video I explain how our modern times are mimicking the gilded age: the age of corruption and social inequality. Furthermore I explain how the inequality gave rise to a new type of politician: the progressive politician. I furthermore explain how the current democratic party is behaving like the republican party during the progressive era with the Taft and Roosevelt Split reflecting in Mamdani and Cuomo.
