Show Notes
King County is hitting pause on a youth felony diversion program.
It’s supposed to keep youth out of jail, keep them from re-committing, and help them get to the root of why they offended.
But 4 years into the program, it’s not working as planned.
What’s next?
KUOW’s courts and politics reporter Amy Radil breaks it down.
