What happens to your ballot after you submit it?
If you’re in King County and you dropped off or mailed out your ballot, it’s likely at the King County Elections facility in Renton.
We took a field trip to the facility to talk to King County Elections’ Halei Watkins, where she gave us a tour of the journey ballots take, and the safety measures they have in place.
