A Washington state man, Tyrone Asphy, is charged in a shooting that occurred in downtown San Jose following the Super Bowl. Six adults were injured, but their injuries were not life-threatening. The shooting stemmed from an altercation between two groups, and Asphy fled the scene. Police, with the help of the FBI and local agencies, tracked down Asphy and recovered the alleged weapon. He is currently awaiting extradition to Santa Clara County.
