Kai Domonic Butler, accused of second-degree murder and other charges in the death of Tashylah Combs, turned himself in after charges were dropped. Combs died from blunt force head trauma after allegedly being pulled from Butlers car and falling or jumping out while it was moving. Butler has a history of domestic violence and no-contact orders. The case is moving forward in Pierce County courts.
