City of Lacey Celebrates Employee Milestones and Accomplishments
The City of Lacey concluded Employee Appreciation Week with a series of fun activities and games at city facilities. Staff received recognition for their 2,025 accomplishments across various departments, with special honors for long-term service milestones.
City leaders highlighted key achievements from the year, such as the police department handling over 44,000 calls while fostering community ties through school programs and events. The public works team maintained 287 miles of water and sewer lines, and other teams supported veterans, new businesses, parks programs, and more.
