Show Notes

On April 6, 1926, the first commercial U.S. Air Mail flight took off from Pasco, Washington, marking the dawn of regular air mail service. Led by Walter Varney, Varney Airlines won the contract and set up shop in Pasco, slashing delivery times. The Pasco Aviation Museum is celebrating this centennial with a year-long exhibit, starting April 6th, honoring Pascos role in fueling Americas wings.
