Christian Caple has been living in the pacific northwest and covering the University of Washington football team for years, so who better to speak to the potential fit of Husky prospects with the Seattle Seahawks in this year's upcoming NFL draft? And this is no ordinary UW draft class....a record 13 of them participated in the NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis last week, and there's a good chance the entire baker's dozen will be drafted, breaking the school record set in 1998 when 10 Huskies were selected. There are some obvious potential connections with Ryan Grubb and Scott Huff joining the Seahawk coaching staff after two seasons on Montlake - will Michael Penix be a potential target for John Schneider as he looks to solidify the QB position for the long-term? - but are there some other logical fits among the group as well?
